The exercise of test and error in the creative process and the daily life of two decades of Mugaritz have achieved that Andoni Luis Aduriz and his team built a philosophy and a methodology based on their deep knowledge accumulated during these years.
We share this know-how, our vision and our creative tools with very different organizations, and very different areas, from hotels to research centers. We teach teams of these companies and provide new methodologies to build concepts and find new ways of doing things.
We have carried out full culinary advice, from the identification of team organization up to the start-up of culinary concepts in emblematic places, such as Healthouse Las Dunas or Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine, and we have built projects with research institutes or food companies.
